- Configuration complète Stripe pour les 3 environnements (DEV/REC/PROD)
  * DEV: Clés TEST Pierre (mode test)

  * PROD: Clés LIVE Client (mode live)
- Ajout de la gestion des bases de données immeubles/bâtiments
